Located on the Canadian Blue Water Bridge Plaza, just before the toll booths at the end of Highway 402. For those entering Canada, we are situated on the left hand side just after you clear the Canada Customs booth.

Currency exchange markets are constantly changing.  Our rates may be adjusted at any time.  We typically survey Canadian bank rates at 9-10 am and  at 2 pm daily, and change our rates once or twice daily.  Our customer service policy is to always offer savings off the ‘cash window rates‘ offered by the banks.

We also offer preferred pricing on transactions over $1,000 USD$ and over $10,000 USD$, or to customers paying for their purchases with a Canadian Bank Draft (customers should call in advance to let us know they are bring a Bank Draft to pay for their purchase). Bank Drafts must be made out to “The Exchange House BWB”.

Government regulations aimed at preventing money laundering and terrorist financing require that we take personal information on all transactions over $3,000 CAD$, with additional documentation requirements for transactions over $10,000 CAD$ and for corporate clients.  Our staff are empowered to ask for personal identification on any transaction where they feel it is warranted, to comply with government requirements.  Please call our site for further information about documentation requirements for large transactions.
